Our inspectors are fully licensed and trained in all aspects of Termite treatment both residential and commercial.

Termites are extremely prevalent and can cause severe damage to your residence, if they are not detected early. Is is strongly recommended that a full Termite Inspection (AS 4349.3 or AS 3660.2) be carried out to residential dwelling at least once every 12 month period, to determine any possible future Termite activity.

Regular Termite Inspections do not stop Timber Pest attack, but are designed to limit the amount of damage that may occur by detecting problems early.

R. A. Dibbs & Sons Pty Ltd can inspect your residential premises to determine the extent of Termite activity and a quotation will be furnished, along with a full written report, on completion – all for a low rate of $242.00 including GST (average 2 – 3 bedrooms).

Should our fully licensed inspectors note any active Termites at time of inspection, an initial treatment will be carried out by treating activity with a Termidor Solution at an extra charge of $66.00 including GST – Whilst on-site.

After a period of 2 – 3 weeks, a preventative treatment can be carried out consisting either boring concrete floor or injecting soil, using Health Department approved chemicals.
